Seven Deadly Relationship Sins is now complete.
The album takes the idea of the Seven Deadly Sins and places it inside a relationship, exploring seven behaviours and emotions that can gradually change how two people see each other.
The seven tracks are:
Avoidance · Dishonesty · Validation · Vanity · Jealousy · Control · Infidelity
The songs deliberately move through different musical styles, with each track designed to stand on its own while contributing to the wider progression of the album.
But there is another layer to the story.
The first four songs initially seem to present a fairly clear picture. As the album progresses, however, the perspective begins to shift. What looked like evidence against one person can start to look rather different when viewed from the other side.
There is no narrator explaining who is right. No final judgement. No definitive answer.
It’s a little like Jury Service in album form:
Here’s the evidence. Now you decide.
The album ends with Incomplete, deliberately leaving the story unresolved. The pieces may fit together — but whether they form the picture you think they do is for you to decide.
